New Member Here!
Glad to be part of a local Z car club. Have owned a Z since 1/18/71 and kept that car until 1996 when I couldn't/wouldn't keep up with the rust any more. Now have a 1970 240Z from CA that is more solid then my first 240Z was when it was only 2 years old. Can't beat any So West cars for good sheet metal. I've been working on and off for the last 13 years on a 1975 280Z from CA, for my daughter but will probably let it go inorder to finish higher priority restorations (non Z). When the wet weather lets up I will get both Z's out of winter hibernation and post some pictures.
Great meeting last night and great group of people.

Hey Cliff! It was great to meet you last night and thanks for joining us. You'll be getting a lengthy formal greeting from me via EMail in awhile, but in the meantime please know it made my night to see so many new joins at our first meeting of 2009. Thanks for coming and we hope to see you as a regular!

Also glad you had a good time with us ~ this Club only started a year ago but already has become sort of like a family of brothers and sisters. I have made several FRIENDS in here already and new faces keep walking thru the door!

Also glad to know you have a 1970! Wish we'd had enough time together to discuss that last night! Looking fwd to getting to know you better and seeing your Z car. Like Club Photographer Phil says, "You ain't seen NOTHIN' yet!"
