Awww, Kenny ~ did I skip you guys AGAIN?! So Solly, GI.

Dave, we also have diehard Z enthusiasts who somehow manage to keep their cars alive through the horrendous New Hampshire winters (which last 8 months).

Sorry Ken ~ that simply WON'T happen again.

Frank

I'm going back to edit my previous entry.

Frank........All is forgiven!! However, if you spent a winter or two here one would not forget.
No electricity for five days, no heat, water, TV or broadband. All trees and bushes bowing close to touch the ground covered with an inch of crystal ICE. Had to travel South when the inside temperature reached 40 degrees F. Many on houses, transmission lines or blocking roads.
Dave..I would not recommend any travel on any Louden road right now , let alone NHIR tracl!!

Ken

RB_Dave - I love the poetic justice done with your inline 6 swap into an engine bay intended for the V6.

While all Z's have undisputed charm, I admit a personal bias for the inline 6's. Very cool to see the long, lean motor dropped into the wide, square chassis.

Hey Dave

Good hearing from you.
I'm a little confused tho about what you mean by 'an engine bay intended for a V-6'. Did Nissan even have a V-6 in '71? Help me out here...

Al

In Japan only, and maybe some made it to Australia or Europe.

Why not? We can stand around the grill and stay warm. Tonight, (Mon.) is "cook your own steak night" at the Oak Hill, (Kingston R.I.,) and it's outside, and I was there the 12th and it must of been 10 degrees or colder out. ........but the buffet will do just fine. (should have final answere on that soon.) ummmmm crab legs
