I've been a Z owner since 1999 and it's been an experience to say the least. The first time I really saw a Z that I can remember was when my friend bought a gold NA right after HS. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have one but I had to out do my friend so I had to have a TT. And I never looked back...

The one (mistake) that started it all. Bought this one when I was young and dumb and before I found TT.net.

As it was when I bought it.

Getting better...

And the day I was free of that cursed Z

Then there was the second one that was the best of my Z's until recently.

The day I brought her home from Syracuse with 44k miles

Added a few things...

That's pretty much how she was when I sold her at 54k miles. :(

And then there was my 3rd Z. No where near as bad as my first but not as nice as my second, but still good.

As I bought it from the previous owner

Time for some body work :(

And that's pretty much how that one was when I sold it minus the wheels, corners, JSpec tails and other misc items.

Then there was my black 94TT which met a most untimely end. Unfortunately I only have one photo of the car before it was totalled.

Image

And then some lady who "didn't see the red light" decided to rearrange the front end of the car after I spent three weekends transferring parts from my CRP 93TT to it.

Image

So after a month long debate with the insurance company I was able to buy the car back, get all my parts off and part out the rest.

All done

And then I found my current Z in Lake Norman, NC with 30,863 miles.

And how she is now

So that's my story. Hope you all enjoyed it.

You, my friend, have been bitten HARD by the Z-Bug! :D

I saw several of your cars I'd love to have. The Z32 is an impressive car in its own right, but you made several of them stand out. Who's exhaust system did you have on SDB-17K? Monsters!

We seldom get to see pictures of how Z cars fare in hand-to-hand combat with SUVs. That one looked like it had potential to be fatal. Our congratulations on surviving it!

Welcome aboard!

Glad you enjoyed it. I had a great time at the meet on Saturday. You certainly know how to host a BBQ.

Frank, that exhaust is a Greddy Evo II. It's the newer version of the exhaust I had on my white Z.
