Thought I'd introduce myself, my name is Brendan, glad to have joined the group.
I currently do not own a z, but we used to own a 2010 370z convertible, that had Stillen stage 2 intakes as well as the Stillen
that I miss as our insurance did not like the idea of 16-year-old me driving, so we sold it, but I got lucky enough to get a 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5se
6-speed manual, that is factory modified with Stillen parts including Stillen cat back exhaust, Stillen suspension components i.e. the
Stillen sway bar and links, Stillen Front big brake kit with 4 piston calipers as well as slotted and drilled rotors, and a Stillen Aluminum
underdrive pulley. I have also added high-flow cats, a high-flow flex pipe, and a cold air intake, really livening up the exhaust.
Hope to own a z of my own someday, but glad to have joined the group, and can't wait to see what the 2023 season brings

Welcome aboard, Brendan! You don't have to own a Z to belong to this Club, you just have to love them.

It's rewarding to see your generation of gearheads become interested in the old Datsun Zs. We old guyz who grew up with them are thinning out, and when we go, our years of experience go with us. The time could come when a whole generation of kids has ZERO experience with (or knowledge of) the best-selling sports car in automotive history. Bear in mind that we stand on the cusp of the electric vehicle era, so future generations will have less and less comprehension of internal combustion engines themselves, let alone about the Datsun Z.

I encourage you to learn all you can about the Zs of each era, and to keep trying to find the one car which will capture your heart for life. It will become the car you tell your kids and grandkids about with great enthusiasm.

Z ya,
Frank T
