He told me six weeks initially when we set out about two weeks ago, but I told him I was in no major rush as I know in addition to my build, and his other builds, the heat is on to get your engine ready for your trip to Europe :). So hopefully I’ll be good to go by April!

The 1970 Italian DCOE-40mm Webers have found a new home, and have been cleaned up nicely. We should expect to be daZZled when Rich opens his hood this year.

Well, I left the house today and headed for Ross' Annual Fall Outing in Darien, hoping I would get to zee this car, but I didn't. Were you there?

A green S30 blew my doors off on the Northbound Merritt pkwy on the way home; I eye-balled it at 110+mph, with a roll cage inside. From the time I noticed it coming up in the mirror until it disappeared over the next hill was less than 15 seconds. I was cruising at 70+ so he was really flying. Sounded like he had lots of carburetor or a turbo RB engine. Wondered if it might have been you?

Frank
