CONGRATULATIONS to Jim Hagani, our illustrious Webmaster and Hero of the Website, for entering this Club's 24,000th Post!!! :D

At 9:43PM tonight, Jim responded to a suggestion that we hold another Club Teardown on a ZX partz car, and took our Rev-counter over the 24,000 mark. This past 1,000 entries took just 30 days to complete! Thanks Jim!

Of interesting note is that "Quiet Jim" Hagani was also the FIRST MEMBER of the CTZCC! If you look on the Memberlist, Jim's right at #1. PreZident and founder Ross Williams installed Jim as our Webmaster and swore him in as our First Member, waaaaayyyy back in 2005.

Of even greater historical significance is that Jim actually made this Club's FIRST ENTRY!!! Ross asked him to "whip together a Club Website" and this great tableau is the result. In order to test it, Jim made the first entry to get things going.

For all you hiZtory buffs out there, here it is ~ ENTRY #1:

http://forums.ctzcc.com/viewtopic.php?t=3

So I find it pretty cool that Jim has made both the FIRST and the TWENTY FOUR THOUSANDTH entries for the CTZCC! He has been a steadfast supporter of everything we have done since 2005, and has found a way to help every member's requests for assistance on this great website.

Jim has done such a great job for us, that other Z clubs have asked to borrow him to set up their own websites! (I think that's so cool! 8) )

So CONGRATULATIONS, Jim Hagani ("Member Number One"), and THANK YOU again for all the great stuff you've done and continue to do for the CTZCC!

Frank

Wow...it's been quite a ride so far, these last 5 1/2 years since we started this website.

24,000 posts, over 1.1 MILLION hits, dozens of events, countless friendships, and much more...this website has been THE place to be if you love the Z car...and none of it is because of my programming of the site - it's 100% because of all of you.

And it's always been an honor and a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful club.

- Jim (webmaster@ctzcc.com)

How fitting that our latest milestone is reached by our own webmaster! Congratulations Jim and thanks for the walk down memory lane Frank! Hard to believe post # 1 was over 5 years ago. It's amazing how far the club has gone since then.

I think it should also be known that Jim refuses to accept any pay whatsoever for his Webmaster services to this Club.

AND he pays for our website out of his own pocket. For all these years he has selflessly and quietly provided this outstanding service for our membership at his own expense.

He's too shy to say so himself, but I don't have that problem. So now you know.

Be sure to thank Jim next time you zee him!

Frank
