I am pleased to announce that we will be selling CT Z Car Club hats at the Fall Outing. This is our first attempt at using the CTZCC logo on clothing and if the response is favorable, we may offer additional items for sale in the future. This idea was conceived and executed by Keith Hultmark, who did all of the legwork and even fronted the production costs.

So if you're interested in one of these hats, bring $15.00 and arrive early as there are limited supplies (25). Proceeds above and beyond Keith's production costs will go to the club to fund future activities.

I guess I'm going to have to be realy early now to get such goodies, which means I'll have to be put to work, so I'll be crashing in my lawn chair for awile. It's been a hecktic few weeks and doesn't stop, I'm starting to feel the drain, but that hat now makes me want to keep going, good idea, and good job.

Thanks for the positive feedback. If the hats do sell out I will have another batch made for sale on the web and for any orders over above the 24 I bring to the Fall Outing. Tomorrow, I'll find out what the postage would be....

I can also take suggestions on other hat/logo colors. I'd also like to eventually make some polo shirts and fleece vests.

But for now we'll stick to the hats

Thanks to everyone who bought club hats at the Fall Outing. The first batch sold out and the club fund grew accordingly.

Ross and Jim tell me there will soon be an area on the website to place orders the the hats and other club items available for sale.

I will be ordering up another batch that should arrive in the next two weeks. The next batch will have a Blue "Z" and perhaps an added website on the back of the hat if not too expensive. Shipping will only be $4.00. I'll post the details/photos as soon as I have them on the next batch.

In the meantime if you are interested in a hat let me know through a "PM" or email and I will adjust the quantity I ordered as demand indicates.

I'll also start looking into fleece pull overs and polos (let me know if there is interest, and I'll get some pricing)

All proceeds above my cost will always go to the club fund for future events.
