Sorry in a way to watch these wonderful drivers' cars rise out of the price range of average drivers. They were reliable, fun, fast, water-tight chick magnets when they were released, and if you could change your own points and plugs, you could drive anywhere with them. I drove mine cross-country several times and replaced only a headlamp, a tire, 100 gallons of fuel and a handful of fuses.

We are blessed to have been born at the right time to enjoy these wonderful little sports cars.
