WOW! That was Thor's Orange 240 with the white rocker panel stripe and MiniLites on the left as the film begins! The camera car followed 3 cars behind him all around the track!  At the end of the lap the camera car lets Thor's friend Marco overtake him in the silver 260 2+2 (white plate #RA W13H). I was there in spirit. Thor and I had signed up and paid for a 3-lap free-speed session on Saturday, but he said there were more than 150 S-30s there and too many cowboys to risk driving his baby among them. I don't blame him. This parade lap was after the free-speed session and you can see all the fresh spin and skid marks on the course. |
