I remember this episode of the yellow 240Z automatic that was converted to a manual. I could not get to the you tube link you posted and found this link instead for those wishing to view it. I hope it works. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3gals3 Note: The original link given to YouTube is from the European version that, for some reason, is being blocked from being seen here in the United States. This other link does work.

I'm thinking Robin Foote bought a 240Z which was showcased in one of these televiZed restoration shows? The show (or maybe it was a magazine?) poured a ton of money into rebuilding the car, then sold it at the end of the project. Am I mis-remembering this? Frank |

Frank, Maybe you're remembering my Z, 1970 Datsun 240z #2483.
