Post subject:  My Resto Project in 13+ minutes

I've finally edited and organized the many pics I took during my resto project and prepared my very first YouTube "video". it's actually a slideshow of over 300 still images with a bit of music to set the various themes. Like me, the music is all old stuff.

Great photo essay of your build!
I'll definitely be using that for reference.

Well Jim, you've done almost as good a job on this video as you've done on your beautiful Z.

I was really impressed by the step-by-step documentation ~ far better than I did with mine, that's for sure (and you went deeper into your restoration than I did with mine). But what really blew me away was your outstanding choices of music! Each piece is appropriate to that stage of the rebuild, and I was thrilled that you chose three of my all-time favorites: Bessie Smith's "Nobody Loves You" (1929); the great Moody Blues' "Wildest Dreams" (1991); and ZZTops' "LEGS" (1983).

I'll be replaying this video a lot in the future. It seems like a grand way to start the morning.

Good work, man!

Hey Frank,
First, a most Happy New year to you and all at CTZCC - may the road be straight and the pot holes few.

Glad you enjoyed the show and the tuneZ. "Nobody..." was a natural to kick it off for both the theme and the tempo. Moody Blues and Pink Floyd are probably my all-time favorite groups, "Wildest..." easily came to describe my mindset during the project. ZZ Top has absolutely great road muZic, the engine phase was all about getting the "Legs" back under the car and the up tempo for my anticipation of coming to a finish.

Our club will be back at the Dallas Autorama in 6 weeks and looking to score some more awards.
