Back in 2006 I did a few Autocrosses with my mom's 2003 350Z. It was at the CT Porsche Club events. My friend ran the event so I was always trying to go have some cheap fun. It was always located at the Plainfield Dog Track. It is a pretty long video so be a little patient. The white Evolution was my friend's car who came with me. The 911 with the "very" large spoiler (actually functional) was my friend Mark Davia who put on the event. This car is legit which he used to win the Tire Rack One Lap of America 5 years in a row. Thanks for sharing the video, Adam. Those were some nice looking runs you had...I wish I knew someone who had a 350Z to lend me for AutoX'ing! That Porsche looked incredible just standing still. No surprise it and its driver tore it up everywhere. This video is 7 years old - are you looking to get back to AutoX'ing again in the near future with your own Z? - Jim |

I may want to in the future but right now I don't think the z is mechanically there yet. I have to sort out some suspensions noises and hesitation in the carbs. When I did the auto crossing I had s lot of fun. It really got my adrenaline going. |
