I want to get wifes 83 280zx running. Hasn't been on road since 1995. Anyone know of a mechanic who knows these cars. I know of rdz and they moved to new Milford. The engine is not seized, I was able to turn it manually. Maybe some steps on how to get it running? Thanks much

RDZ did, indeed, move to New Milford recently. They needed better facilities to handle the workload. We will visit their new shop at June's Monthly Meeting, then go to On Track Carting to prove to the world how fast we drive GoKarts. RDZ are our members and our Club supporters. They do exceptional work on the newer Zs, including the 300ZX cars.

Bedini Motorsports is also in New Milford. Vinny Bedini has been building Datsun engines for more than 4 decades. Most of our classic Zs have been thru his shop at one time or another. He is also our trusted member and is capable of doing all levels of work on the early cars to make them roadworthy.

We recommend either shop with complete confidence.

If you're looking for some advice to DIY (Do it Yourself) our member, Paul, is pretty great with the S130s.
