This was posted to the Classic Z site this morning, I jumped in and ordered a set for my project. It looks like a company in my area has produced a limited number of the NLA fresh air intake elbows. I saw that Carl Beck also grabbed up a set for his backstock.

For of you S30 owners with busted or missing fresh air elbows, this just might be your perfect solution. I placed my EBay order Friday A.M. and the shipment arrived in Saturday's mail - USPS Priority. Keep in mind, Keller TX is only about 50 miles away from my home.

These parts are simply outstanding! Each was wrapped in a foam envelope to protect the finish and a tiny bag of replacement screws & washers was enclosed - all nicely yellow cad plated. The bracket and internal brace are correctly finished, the plastic material looks to be slightly thicker than original - will certainly last another 40 years. Here is a shot of the new and old parts. The guy mfg. these is Adam Weber, his email is aweb1492@yahoo.com. This was a limited production run to gauge the marketplace interest, lets all show him some love.

Adam Weber has a new run of these parts, now at substantially reduced prices. The elbows are now $60, down from$75; shipping is just $5, down from $10. I paid the original prices and still consider my purchase to be a good value, now it is a great value!

Thanks for the heads-up, Jim!

When I get back from Raleigh I will have to inspect the ducts on our
cars to see if maybe they should be upgraded. At which time, if any
need to be replaced, I will then have original spares for someone who
isn't particular whether they are new and shiny.

It will give me an opportunity to evaluate for good locations for mouse
bait/traps at the same time, since that is one of their favorite entrances.
Or to figure out how to install window screening..................
