I just purchased a MIG and plan on repairing some of the weak spots on my 240 this spring. I have the typical holes just above the compression rod in the front that I want to patch, along with some weak spots I found on the frame rails. I don't plan on replacing the floors though, just some cleanup.

Any recommendations on sheet metal gauge for repairing floors/ inner fender wells?
