usually tranny problems can be the oil...
its pretty dificult to get an accurate reading from your dipstick...
if your confident the tranny is in good order then change the oil.
or have the guys at ya service centre do it for you..

theres lots of things that can go wrong with an Auto and just changing the oil can help bring the hydraulic preassure back up to optimum...

there are a couple of other things to look at. there is a modulater on the side of the trans that sometimes goes bad. when that happens you will get weak or eratic shifts and the trans also shifts by vacuum. check the hose that runs from your modulater to the intake manifold for splits and cracks. like was said before, check you fluid for a burned smell, it should be a nice red color, not brown. if the car has over 50,000 miles get it serviced. everyone always forgets about the tranny, out of site, out of mind.

yeah... check the vacuume line on the side of the tranny...
had a 120Y / B210 with shocking tranny shifting... turned out the vacuume hose was shite.. replaced it and all good...
