Somewhere in Europe, those are Euro "standard" Z's if you look closely. I see Saab 99 over there too :) Thats a nice car and i seem them here weekly

That lower picture seems to be taken in Holland, 99 saab was started in 1968 so that might be 1969 or 1970 perhaps?

Those are European Series Two 240Zs, so I would say 1971-72.

Well, the top (first) picture I would place as "Photoshop, 2012".

The Z looks 'pasted' into the background shot to me.
