I can't believe the efforts they made to accommodate me on a minor order issue. I have a PO Box and a different zip code for anything shipped via the USPS which occasionally causes shipping headaches for me. With my first 3 orders everything went UPS to my physical address and was fine. On a recent group of orders they were small and light in weight so they went USPS. When I called to ask if they had been returned as undeliverable they immediately apologized and resent they entire 3 orders via UPS at no charge to me. It wasn't even due to anything they had done that this happened. Say's a lot about a company the bends over backward to make things right even though you are not making an issue about it. For the future they have made notes in my account info that I will always be shipped UPS.
