Well, he just taught me something I never knew. He sells horn pad replacement rings. When you're tired of having your horn pad fall onto your lap each time you hit a bump, you can buy his replacement ring for $15. It replaces the broken plastic ring inside your 40 yr old horn pad and keeps it on the steering wheel.

I never suspected you could replace the broken internal plastic ring. I've always been searching for 'like new' 44 year old horn buttons.
