I recently ordered some items from RockAuto for my Z31. I had ordered a set of hood lift supports because mine can no longer keep the hood propped.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the ball studs were missing from the hood lift supports (supposed to be included). I shot an email to RockAuto asking if they could just send two packs of the ball studs. They immediately shipped me two whole sets of hood lifts (this time with the ball studs)! Now I have a complete set plus replacements. No questions asked. Great customer service! :)
