Last year I bought a 95 300ZX TT auto for my wife. We are the second owner. The orginal owner had let it sit for awhile so it required a good bit of work.

I took it to a Nissan Dealer (to remain unnamed) and they replaced the injectors, water pump, all the 120K items and gave it back to me. It ran better but not what I expected out of a TT.

I took it to Virgina to garage it for the winter and when I brought it back this spring I took it to RDZ. RDZ has had my car on and off since May, chasing all the electronic gremlins. Rich found out that the Nissan dealer had not set the timing correctly and that one of the seals that they replaced was leaking. He called the dealer talked to them and then told me to take it back to Nissan they would fix it for free. (Free is a good thing)

When we finally felt like the car was ok we added a pop charger and did a Nistune. Of course when I got it back the tranny chose that time to give up the ghost. RDZ quickly got me a new tranny, and replaced the old exhaust system with a new SS catback exhaust and replaced the crank angle sensor which (of course) was starting to go. After all the repairs and replacements were done, they took the car back and redid the Nistune.

It now purrs like a kitten, the tranny shifts like a dream and it pulled 318whp on a mustang dyno. (not too bad for an automatic).

The whole experience for Rich and Scottie had to be like being pecked to death by a duck. Thru it all they were reassuring, confident and above all competent. My car runs great and my wife has started talking to me again but I can't blame RDZ for that.

Thanks RDZ!

Hey Dave,
Glad we could help.
These old mares can be tough to whip back into shape, but in the end with patience and persistence, all is worked out.

You have a beautiful example of the Z32, 300ZX TT.

and thanks for the Donuts and Coffee,
