For everyone who is now 'hooked' on that great smoked barbeque we enjoyed at our August meeting, and wants to just sit and eat some more, here's where to go:

SMOKIN' WITH CHRIS
Restaurant, Catering, and Music Cafe

59 West Center Street
Southington, CT 06489

www.SmokinWithChris.com
860.620.9133

Chris Conlon is a retired firefighter who (I guess) simply got addicted to the smell of burning wood during his career. He opened his SMOKIN restaurant and catering business and smokes each of his dishes with select choice hardwood, as the orders come in. He's a jovial fellow and likes to make people happy.
He's open for lunch and dinner Tues-Sunday. On Monday, he sleeps. Leave him alone.

Chris is available to cater private picnics, weddings, graduations or other gatherings (such as Z MEETINGS!) and has his reliable, clean refrigerated truck keeping the meat cold, until it's time to cook it on the portable smoker wagon he pulls behind the meat truck. He has a chosen 'pit crew' who come along to help him keep everything clean and in order, and to make sure the customers get fresh, hot, clean BBQ each time they walk up to the cooker.

You saw the result at our August meeting. It all works, it's all good. It's been days now since the meeting, and nobody died ~ they never do. Chris has been doing this for years, and the only reason anyone comes back to see him is to get more of his delicious food!

Chris brings EVERYTHING you'll need for a party or picnic, including the paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins, condiments, drinks, etc.

All you have to do is show up and eat.

All Chris needs is about 50ft of parking space, and he likes to have a garden hose available when possible.

Give Chris a thought next time you're throwing an event which you want to be an absolute success.

Tell him we sent you.
