We are trying to get a suitable Z for Thor to drive from NYC to ZCon and back. Our attempts to restore one in time failed. Then our attempts to build one in time failed also (due to the virus travel restrictions). SO, we're looking for a "spare Z" which Thor can drive from the NJ/NYC area to Nashville and back; 10 day total trip, 2,000 miles.

Our original hopes were for a 240 like he drives, and we'd still hope for that. But another style Z would be acceptable as long as it is roadworthy and safe. He would caravan along with other CTZCC members making that trip.

It's a possibility. I wouldn't mind taking my new 81 turbo, but haven't even gone thru it yet...........not even at my house yet. At the moment it is not "Essential" I go pick it up at Al's. I'm sure he would rather drive the 240, or maybe he'd like to try the ZX.
