("Yukata Katayama....") Yutaka. Yutaka Katayama. Good article, but my 1970 240Z has always been worth a minimum of $1 million U.S. dollars to me. I'm just waiting for the market to catch up. Pristine 240s like John Kish's and John Taddonio's and will lead the market spearpoint into the $100,000 range in our lifetime. Lucky#13 has already turned down that offer once. These are simply the best bang-for-the-buck cars of my lifetime, and I've owned a lot of other cars. Now if I could only get mine to run right....... Mike Englehart once said he never wanted to see the Z cars increase much in value, because the biggest beauty of the car was that the average kid with a minimum wage job could afford to buy one. As they increase in value they become more like investor pieces and unobtainable to the kids who would enjoy them most. Frank T |
