Well this should be interesting, the Lime Rock Historics (September,
1st-5th) special guests are John Morton and Peter Brock!
John Morton will race a BRE 240Z.
We need Bob and #33 to hold up the East Coast Datsun Z/510 honors...
Lime Rock has the East Coast Datsun/Nissan Champ right here in there own backyard! Not to
mention Sam Posey.
"Historic Festival 34’s Honored Guests are the dynamic duo of John
Morton and Pete Brock. Among Brock’s numerous accomplishments is, of
course, his designing the Daytona Cobra Coupe and founding his wildly
successful Brock Racing Enterprises (BRE)... for which Morton was
asked to drive and together, they won prodigiously between 1969 and
1972 in BRE Datsuns in C-Production and 2.5-liter Trans-Am. Morton
will race a BRE Datsun 240Z over the weekend, too"
