I've not seen this series before, but there is a marathon of Garage Squad shows airing on Velocity tonight, one of which features a 240Z, vin #89. The team helps the owner finish work on his car. The episode airs again at 1:30 AM and at 5:30 AM Saturday morning and again 1/17. I've only watched the opening segment so far but I thought I'd get the word out.

Great video! It was awesome to finally see one of the these restoration shows feature a Z...the finished car is really beautiful.

Thanks, Phil, for the heads-up about the episode and thanks, Karl, for the YouTube link.

Great to see the 240Z getting more and more attention, especially on the rarity of the early cars. Good show, but lots of misinformation presented. Still, nice to see.

I just saw a rerun of this and I did not like their version of the Z.
They made this rare find into a run of the mill "JDM" ricer looking car.
Carbon hood! Really?
At least the owners actually knew what JDM stood for and most mods can be easily reversed except for the rear spoiler holes.
I'm also into Subaru's and most guys call any modification JDM and it grates my nerves.
