I sent the following email to Phil when I saw his note on Bob Sharp day @ LRP. Just a thought ......... any way we can get time on LRP autocross track on the 11th? Even if there is a fee, I'm sure with the # of cars going to Sharp Day the cost / head would be acceptable and Bob might even act as coach instead of the chat in the club house. Phil informed me the track was booked out for the day. I'd think if we had enough participants the cost/ head would'nt be prohibitive and it could make a great day. If we could get Bob to help (coach a bit) it would be even better. I'd appreciate anyone with interest to post on this thread so we can determine if it's worth looking into for another day later in the season. Best, Jack |

I would be interested. I have been thinking about running one of their open autocross days. If this were to happen, I would hope it could be a few less $$ than there standard autocross day $225 pricing: http://limerock.com/index.php?option=co ... Itemid=282 This page mentions shooting for 24 drivers - so I am guessing it's around $5K to rent the auto-x course? Cheers, Colin |
