Hello My fellow Z nutz
It was warm today and I saw her sitting under the cover and I heard...
"start me up".
No not the Stones song but the siren song of my forlorn Z.
So off came the cover and with a few small steps she came to life without any problems.
You can't see it in the picture but there's smoke coming out of the exhaust.
Of course as you can see she's not going anywhere anytime soon but it gave me hope that springtime isn't that far away.

I've been longing to play with my Z recently as well. Being 2 states away really sucks but I at least get to play with my bosses drag cars while waiting. Looks like you got a nice project going.

Yea I started just replacing the rear shocks but I couldn't get the spindle pins out. So out came the whole lateral link assemblies.
Because I can't put rusted parts back in, that turned into all suspension and driveline components getting either media blasted or wire wheeled and repainted. Also all hardware is new or refurbished and all bushings replaced.
I was kinda amazed the car started so easily after sitting for months.
