Ohhh thats right. He didnt seem very willing to part it out but if he did Id be driving home with half the car :lol:. The biggest problem with bringing that home is...SPIDERS. There were so many thick spiderwebs and I saw a few oddly colored spiders when I cracked the door open. :shock: I dont want to turn into spiderman!

They're all dead. It's winter.

In Hawaii when someone got a spider infestation in their car (usually tarantulas), they drove it to the Honolulu wharf and parked it overnight inside the big refrigeration warehouses. Never saw another spider after that, until they carried another bundle of bananas in the trunk again.

The strongest one is lying in wait to attack. I dont want to become Porkbun Parker!

Paul I sent you a PM about those wheels. I kinda want to get some wider wheels but I dont like mesh wheels and dont really want to (and probably dont have enough to) get new tires for them right now. Hopefully by early spring ill be able to reveal Daphnes transformation

Daphne encounters a Cobra(replica?)

I also spotted the grey R32 GTR that was the first to be imported into the US legally just roaming around Stamford! :shock:
Daphnes going through some phases...American Racing "hotwheels" wheels and glasspacks. Sounds like a whisper after driving around with straight pipes for a few weeks but the position is only temporary until I can find a reasonable place to replace my pipes. Meineke wanted $100 per glasspack just to weld a flange onto the glasspacks with me providing all the materials :shock:

(and from a SBC website):

* * * * * * * * * * * * *

"well when i first got this cam someone told me that racer brown was this guy.
Company: Racer Brown
Contact: Jim Doyle *(It's actually DOWELL ~ Frank)
Phone Number: 410-866-7660
Email: None
Specialty: Custom Cam Grinding
Location: Baltimore Maryland

i call him and he knew what i was talking about but he had never ground one.
and the spec at .050 was not it the book he had. He said he would have to find that lobe template and measure it if he could find it".

* * * * * * * * * * * * *

Racer Brown used to be a big name in 1950s-60s hotrodding. He retired and sold his company to the guy who owns it today.

:shock: Frank is back!

I saw that but there are a couple of reasons I think its an older cam (I want to belieeeve!). My car was sitting in pieces since the 80s and was only put back together a couple years ago so I think it would be weird to go after a racer brown cam(and not mention it) when there are plenty of other big names that still make Z cams. Having a big cam would also fit right in with the competition exhaust and bigger diff (though the 5sp and diff could be upgrades the PO did when assembling). The last weird thing is that it still has the Nissan competition catalog part number on it and the specs match the specs quoted from "datsunwizard"("325R is 275 degrees at .025"lift, 250 degrees at .050" lift and .475" lift at zero lash.") who is familiar with the original racer brown cams in Datsuns. Im convinced its the original but most importantly it hauls some serious butt after 3000rpms :lol:
