Yeah ~ I picture an old two-bay gas station garage, with a working lift and air compressor, a car wash in the 2nd bay, maybe a single hi-test pump in front, a big fenced-in storage parkinglot...... 8)

Right next door to a pizzeria!

Nobody would need keys, because security wouldn't be a problem. There would ALWAYZ be somebody there! :wink:

Heck, even the NYZCC and ZCCNE would come and hang out with us.
