Would like to say that Isaac did a great job tonight. He got a feel for the clutch and before I knew it he was out of first gear driving around in a circle. And he didn't stall it. I was very impressed. He will be ready for his future 350z in no time. It was nice being a passenger in my Z.

Haha, that's okay. So did I. Stupid New Haven traffic...

Was a lot of fun; I think I know enough to start test-driving.

Don't forget to teach him to parallel park, and to stop at red lights headed up steep hills using the handbrake.

Nice of you to help a Z brother out, Mike.

Nice of you not to wreck his Z, Isaac.

Frank

no problem Frank. i love this club. and at no point was i worried. Isaac was a natural. and no burning clutch smell either. he knows all about the hand brake for hills. who parallel parks anymore? and my Z was the first Z he has ever driven. yay! i am honored. i hope it's a story he tells for years. also first Z he has sat in.

Isaac - don't forget those designs! i can't wait to see them!

I have six designs to bring with me tomorrow, and Sunday sounds great.

Bad news, though... didn't get the job. So that means while I still want to get into a Z, it's not as urgent, as I don't have a cashflow issue visible in the near future.

Well another good session. He stalled, bucked like crazy, but made into second gear and didn't hurt my Z. He even had moving obstacles. The wind was blowing carriages around. :D hopefully tonight he will be on the road.

another great session. he is really getting the hang of things. he now can take off smoothly from a slight incline. a big improvement from monday. his shifts into second are even better too. i filmed a video of one of the laps we did around the parking lot.

well actually at one point 2 vans and a car thought it would be fun to follow Isaac around. almost like an autocross event. but i wasn't happy with this cause i didn't want them to end up hitting us or something while i tried to teach Isaac. plus it was distracting to Isaac. we parked for a second they asked why we stopped and i explained that i was glad they were having fun but i was teaching him standard and was getting worried. they were fine with that and drove off. but Isaac performed flawless under the pressure.

Isaac, I just returned from MIDDLETOWN NISSAN, where I mentioned you wanted a 350Z.

They have JUST taken in an '08 Touring Coupe, Silver w/grey interior, with only 18K miles. It has the Navigation pkg.

Our member Phil Wallace (Sales Mngr) is looking for a used G35 for his personal car.

Why don't you call Tom DiCicco (who has the 350) and Phil Wallace (who wants the 'sedan') and zee what you can arrange?

Better hurry ~ they have NO OTHER 350s on the lot. They got a blue one in 10 days ago and it sold the same day.

860-632-6550.

Frank
