The '08 is probably well out of my intended price range, but thanks for the heads up, Frank!

I just got an email today from Paul Miller at Miller Nissan that they're working on getting a Z, and he would send me more info when he found out more.

sounds like that might be out of his price range. would be nice. but i know Isaac is looking to other lower his payment or atleast have the same payment a month. and i am pretty sure that an 08 will go for over 20K. sounds like a really nice car though. even early 350Z's still go for 15K. which is roughly the price range Isaac is looking for.

Paul Miller gave me some more information, and I'm going to try to get up to see it on Sunday.

It's a 2006 with a Navigation package, with 14,000 miles. Might be out of my price range with miles that low, but I'll check it out just the same. Same sunburst orange color as the one I posted earlier.

maybe i can join you. i wanna be the proud teacher watching his pupil in action. plus i wanna see your possible future ride. maybe they can match your current car payment. if your they could get you in the car for 25 dollars more a month would you take it?

That'd be great if you could join me. I'll let you know when I'm stopping by; it'll take me about 1.5 hours to get there from down here.

But I think +$25 is a step in the wrong direction. My main priority is to get my payments noticeably lower, and I'm using this as a great opportunity to get into a Z. I'm pretty sure I can accomplish both goals, and I think that this car, even if it's above my intended price range, is going to be markedly lower in monthly payments, so there's a lot of win to be had in there. I've got high hopes!

Yeah I hear ya. I think since it's Miller Nissan they will hook you up. It would be even more exciting if you actually got it that day or atleast started the paperwork. I'm excited for you man! Text me when you know what time you'll be there.

Will do! I'm in Atlantic City until tonight, and we'll be staying at a friend's house until Sunday morning, but I'll text you when I'm getting on the road.

Hi Isaac,
One thing to be watching as Im sure you know The level of the Z will reflect the price.
Base model, Enthusiast, Touring, Grand Touring and Track.
What may be a great price could end up being on the hi end based on the model.
Check out this link from 350-ZTech
http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/350z_Model_Guide
Hope this helps

Nope. I had told Paul @ Miller Nissan in my first email that I was looking for a Z under $14,000, so I didn't think to confirm that the car he was going to show me was within those parameters.

He must have missed that part of the email, because the car had a sticker of $23,998, if memory serves. It was certainly a beauty of a car - that gorgeous metallic orange with the burnt orange leather interior - but it wasn't meant to be.

I've contacted an independent dealer in Naugatuck, and I might stop by to look at the Z that hasn't left their lot in a number of weeks on Friday. I'll probably also take a look at a decent-looking black one up in Nashua, NH when I head up that way this weekend, though black is one of my colors of last resort.

yeah i met Isaac there and that 350Z was beautiful. it's unfortunate that it was out of his price range. hope you find your 350Z soon. i know you're itching to get behind the wheel of one. let me know how things work out at the place in Naugatuck.

Will do. Can't say for sure if I'll make it there tomorrow, but I'll do my best.
