The Japanese frequently use English words to embellish their language and as decoration for advertisements. Kindof in the same respect that some people in western countries put Japanese characters or Kanji on things just because it looks cool... even if they don't know what it means.

I guess you're right, Phrog ~ most of the American teenaged girls I see today have Kanji stamps on their necks or backs.

I wonder if they had any of these 432s on display in Nashville?

WOW.

Well, most of that's all new to me, except the first technician pic which was submitted to us last year by a contributor who no longer has access to this site.

I'm sure Carl Beck has picked out all the oddities in each picture by now ~ the 432 is radio and clock delete, with choke and throttle hand controls; it has both flasher and foglight toggle switches; the steering wheel is 69-70 but the car doesn't have the '240Z wings' on the side pillar; it still has the hatch vents and vertical defroster wires; there is some weird thermos bottle thingy under the dashboard (a fire extinguisher?); the three-instrument cluster is mounted in reverse order for the RHD car, etc etc.

It seems so weird to see the dead pedal beside the transmission tunnel!

Verrrrrrry interesting........!

For that money, I'll just look at the models I have. I have a red and a white one.
