What is the actual size?
Iz the size adjustable?
Color choices?

i believe the imprint area is 1.5x.5. i had mine oxidized to make it darker. pretty much any font you want. i semi customized mine. the font i used was almost perfect but i added the slash through the Z. i can come up with some samples if you would like.

ill take a pic of what it looks like on my dash tomorrow. put the extra one on my valve cover.

Are you able to select colors for the base material or the lettering?
This may be stretching it,but are you able to print a line of black text (about 30 characters) on a clear adhesive backround material?

i could do that for you but not print it here. we don't have anything clear like that. i can make something for you and find a cheap place to have it printed. what do you want it to say? the badge i made is a piece of brass and it's laser engraved. but like i said i am a graphic artist so i can make you something.
