well maybe not an expert but i am looking at a 1990 300zx 2+2 for the wife. it's in Greenwich. and the guy is asking for $2000. the blue book value is roughly 2500 in good condition. so i would like someone to come with me or meet me there possibly this Sunday to look the car over. i would greatly appreciate it.

checked KBB and got 3,000 for value. so i am guessing the car to be worth in between 2500-3000.

Yeah dude. I can't believe those are going for 2-3 grand. Sounds like an awesome price to me! Course... I dunno if I'd get one myself... V engines can be a pain to work on, and that engine bay is super cramped.

yeah i couldn't believe the price either. the ad does say it needs a tuneup and possible transmission work. which i really hope it's just a filter issue. but he put new front brakes and better tires on it. it's automatic which is perfect for the wife. it has 136000 which is less than the Cavalier she is driving now which she hates. i showed her a pic of a Z32 and she thought they were nice. i really doubt i could get him to go any lower since his ad does say he is pretty firm on this since he is already losing money on it. the motor doesn't scare me since i have worked on many V motors. i feel spoiled with the 280. :) hey if this works out maybe we both will be at the meeting in separate cars.
