I want to share a few word of appreciation for all the photos in the Member Rides section.

I now realize that when I began my refurbish project 11 years ago I did not take anywhere near enough photos during the dismantling process - especially in a busy area such as the engine bay. With enforced delays due to various life events, the mental images of where things go have long since faded. Everyone know the mind is the second thing to go and I forgot what is the first! Even with factory manuals and a couple of restoration guides, not every detail is covered.

To the rescue comes the many detailed shots of member projects in the Rides area. I've repeatedly prowled through them and copied many to my PC as a library of reference shots. Studying them in detail I have picked up the placement of small parts and the correct routing of the web of fuel/hydraulic lines.

Better yet, these photos are a tremendous source of inspiration and ideas. Seeing a great resto or custom effort provides me with significant incentive to attempt to make my car equally attractive and unique.

So... many thanks to all who have posted and continue to add to Member Rides.
