I just know Frank will chime in and ask why I didn't call in the favor, but unfortunately stubborn pride tends to get the best of me. Now that i can move my s14 out of my garage and I know i don't have and bent valves, I would like to get my 260 out of my father's garage and into mine so that i can get to working on it. It has working brakes, and I managed to get it running, but the garbage flat tops are all out of whack and therefore it's not really driveable. I can foresee a bit of an issue getting a trailer through the gate, down the decline of the garage and into the bay on the house side, but I imagine someone with lots more trailer experience than me could figure it out.

So I'm basically asking for someone with a trailer and a towing vehicle to help me get this car moved. it's currently in South Meriden, maybe 1/4 mile from the airport (for those familiar with the area, it's literally across the street from the elementary school on Main St.). the destination will be my house, approximately 2 miles away in the hospital/mall area. I don't get home until after 4pm during the week and I'm home all day during the weekends. If anyone is available, let me know how you need to be compensated for your time.

Hey Junior, why didn't you call in the favor?

I volunteer. I owe you bigtime anyway.

Email me Frank@CTZCC.Com and we'll set it up. It might be easier to just pull the car out to the roadway with my Exploder, then winch it onto the trailer out in the street with a ComeAlong.

I don't expect it to be as EZ as TheZMan's car was (his WANTED to come home with him), but we'll get it done.

I still have your number, I'll give you a ring this week. My old man's driveway is nice and wide and flat. It's my driveway that will be tricky, but you remember how it is.

So did it get moved or not? (I'm trying to interpret the picture.)
If not you could use my trailer.

No Rick, that's not ctS30's car, that's me pulling TheZMan's car home to him last month.

He's just having happy flashbacks :D

I just wanted to give another big thanks to Frank and Rick for all the help on Saturday. We managed to get the car home, safe and sound, with zero major injuries. I managed to snap off a few pictures during the process

This was fun. Rick and I got to meet Junior's whole family (I think), the weather was perfect, nothing fell off the 260Z or the trailer, nobody got hurt, and we got to swing by AirJockie's with the 260 on the trailer. Junior got to meet some of the members and to see AJ's Dream Garage. The 260Z wanted to roll, too ~ just like TheZMan's 280 wanted to come home with him last month, this 260 seemed to want to come home with Junior, and gave us ZERO problems.

AND, I got to repay a very generous favor which ctS30 did for me last month, so now I feel better. :D
