The mechanic kept delaying the engine swap because he hates working on my car. So finally on Monday they had started to work on it. He calls me around noon yesterday so i can come take a look at the two motors side by side. I knew him calling me to come take a look probably wasn't a good thing. I get there and I look at both of them and see no difference. They looked like mirror images of each other. I ordered the motor + transmission from Osaka Motors who takes their motors from Japanese cars. I somehow overlooked the fact that they drive on right side. So what i was looking at was actually the mirror image . Somethings were on the opposite side. My mechanic said he could do it by just switching a couple things over from my motor to the other one. Car should be on the road by Friday. I was going to take some pictures but i forgot my camera.
