Anyone have their Zs out to enjoy the foliage? (as if an excuse to go for a drive is ever necessary)

Post pictures or it didn't happen

Good to hear from you, Jay.

The leaves aren't yet full-turn here. I got into NYS last weekend and saw some color at the higher latitudes and altitudes, so things should be coloring-up near us soon.

We have had several Leaf-Peepng Fun Runs over the years and I suspect someone will start one again soon this year. And you're right ~ there's no excuse needed to take a drive in a Z.

Yeah they aren't in full swing yet here but it will be in the next week or two at our elevation.

I once meandered thru your county via Google Earth on the internet. Lots of hills, valleys and coal-mining operations. Also lots and LOTS of hardwood forests. You guys probably have more tonnage of fallen leaves to rake each year than anywhere else in the country.
It must be a really spectacular show while they stay on the trees.

It is actually, for a few weeks anyway.

Yes primarily hardwood forests here. Oak, Ash, Beech, Birch and Maple mostly. A little further east into the Poconos you get more forests of evergreen trees, mostly Hemlock and White Pine. And yes, the terrain is mountainous, with some valleys. Not much in the way of level land to speak of.
