I haven't posted in a long time but I haven't forgotten my Z brothers in Connecticut. I still remember all the kind words when my wife passed almost 3 1/2 years ago. I still have my 1980 280zx. It has been with a bodyman for 3 1/2 months getting all and any rust cut out and new metal welded in, all the dings and scratches fixed and a new paint job. I hope to get it back soon. I have been suffering from seperation anxiety since it left the driveway. I still have my 71 240z first series but have done nothing with it yet. It has some major rust holes in the frame by the motor mounts. I sold my 82 280zx to a young fellow z car guy here who while in the marines 2 years ago had a truck hit his 280zx and total it. I gave it to him for about the cost of a tank of gas. I wanted to help him get back into zx. 3 days ago I bought a 2003 350z ( i was just missing my 280zx too much) . The 350z is a pleasure to drive and pretty quick. It is shiny black.
I found a wonderful woman 2 years ago to share the rest of my life with and I am happier then I've been in a long time. My 77 corvette has spent all year in and out of the shop with brake issues. It is a money pit! With the new to me 350z the vette may have to find someone else to fund it's addiction to repairs.
So I just wanted to say Hi to all of you in the greatest car club in the world and wish you all well. I think often how you guys from so far away and have never met me face to face cared so much about a Z brother when things were pretty sad in my life. Thank You so very much for being there.

DANG, Wild Bill, you just put tears in both my eyes!
So glad to hear from you and especially to know you're doing better. My best to your "kids" (grown) and thanks to your lady. We want to hear a lot more from you and if I recall correctly, the last word about your Z was a hit&run in front of your house?

Wow, how great to hear from you again!

Hi Wild Bill!

Many people have been looking for you from the Z31 group. Glad you stopped by here.

Great to hear things are going swell!
