This is always a great event and I hope to participate in it this year. The info doesn't tell much about ticket prices except that general admission for Friday is $30 (veterans pay less), The Sunday car show doesn't indicate any price and don't recall what I paid last time; maybe it's free? All show cars must be parked in their designated areas nlt 09:00. I'm unable to load past pictures of this show. |

I still have my reservist ID and enter all the shows for no admission... Site says any race event also is free for veterans... |

Well, you could come later and just hang out with us. There are always late cars arriving and many end up just parking anyplace along the track they can find a space. They just drive very slowly on the track. |

It looks like CT's own LRP is back in action this season. Below is the latest news (link) from LRP, with highlights of their three major events coming up this season, Memorial weekend being the first. Check it out. I am considering attending one of the racing days, (Saturday or Monday) this coming Memorial Day weekend. If anyone else in interested in meeting at LRP, let me know! https://limerock.com/node/1912 |

We're already talking about this with the LRP marketing people and they are interested in knowing how many Zs we could provide for the Labor Day event. The Memorial Day street drive thru town should be a wonderful experience, similar to the old Watkins Glen NY parade thru that town, which served as their race course before the WGI track was built. I'd bet we could even gather a few cars from the NYZCC, ZCCNE and ZCCR gangs for either of these events. Either way, it sounds like an excellent opportunity to try out two new hips. Frank |
