Hey folks,
It was such a pleasure cruising, chatting and just hanging out over dinner following the shoreline mini-cruise. We couldn't have asked for better weather and the nice conditions lent themselves well to our beachside, waterfront dinner at Lenny's in Old Lyme.

With 6 cars and 10 people in attendance, it was a nice way to spend an early Fall evening. We are already looking ahead to the spring when the second shoreline cruise will be held - this time heading north toward the Groton Long Point, Mystic and Stonington area for more scenic views and another great dinner to follow.

Again, thanks to all for such a great time. I love the Z community!

Jeff, some of us remember when the Club held annual Fall Leaf Peeping cruises northward into the hardwood forests. We used main routes until we reached some backcountry roads which took us thru a kaleidoscope if colors. A packed lunch or a stop at some deserving roadside inn (always grateful for the business) kept anyone from starving to death on the trips.

Just an idea.
