A couple of us are itching to get out and drive our Z's and between John Kish and I we came up with this run.

Meet up at the Dunkin Donuts in Cromwell CT just off rt 9 (24 Shunpike Rd, Cromwell, CT 06416) Around 10:00 AM
Head toward Colchester on RT 66 driving by and possibly stopping at F40 Motorsports (Wayne Carini's shop)
Then through / around Salmon River state park ending at Harry's Place for lunch.

Karl & John,

You sure picked a great day for a fun run. If I weren't in a mess preparing for the painter and carpet/tile installation during the week I would have joined in. it's a great ride along Rt66.
Maybe next time!

Alan

Sorry to have missed you Alan, John and I had a fun time roaming around Portland, Colchester, East Haddam, Haddam, Modus and spots in between. The ride through Salmon River SP was cool there were lots of fisherman in the river there. We ate a Harry's Place and then drove down RT 85 to Goodspeed Opera house and then split up when we reached Rt 9.
We will do more of these coming up.
It's John's turn again now ! !

Spectacular Day!!

Driving by beautiful homesteads, trout streams, waterfalls, and listening to the harmony of our two old Z's ANSA exhaust systems as we toured though all the twisties. Topped it off with good eats at Harry's in Colchester. It doesn't get any better.
