For the 6th year in a row, our next meeting brings us back to Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook, CT. Linda Grossman and New Service, Manager Brian Isacson are be ready to welcome us for our August 2016 monthly meeting :thumbs_up:

Grossman Nissan is a friendly place to meet and catch up with each other. The staff and management always give us a hearty welcome. For this meeting we have not scheduled a presentation. Feel free to arrive early, we'll hang out by the Z's a little longer, then head inside for some Pizza and beverages. We will go over the schedule of events for the rest of the season and open the floor to any Z club related discussions or questions, etc. (If anyone has an Z event to promote, Z project to share, good Z story to tell, please feel free tell us all about during this Meet)

I'm looking forward to a CTZCC meeting at Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook. Hopefully we will not need the "rain date".
Old Saybrook is a reasonable ride down Rt9 for me and the air should be a bit cooler near the shore. A good convertible ride either way.

Reminder that the August CTZCC meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, 8/10, at Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook, CT.

As mentioned earlier, Linda Grossman and New Service, Manager Brian Isacson are be ready to welcome us. Come thank them for their continued support and spend some time with your fellow Z owners and club members!

Brian says that the rain has missed them all summer and is expecting a good turnout!

It's raining pretty hard out right now. How do we know if the rain date is on or off by? I'll probably be in Madison tomorrow near old saybrook so if it's rained out today, I could stop by tomorrow. I usually am in the Hartford area.

A big thank you to Linda and Brian of Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook for hosting our August club meeting! Though the weather could have been a bit dryer, the opportunity to get together as a club was a pleasure. We were entertained by recaps of the 2016 Z convention held in Toronto last week by Bill, Gary and Paul. Bill earned a much deserved first place in the daily driver category as well as a second place in the autocross while Gary was awarded a Gold Medallion for his 300ZX!

Again, thank you Linda and Brian for hosting our event and we look forward to the opportunity to do it again soon!

Special Thanks to Phil Parent for stepping up to see this meeting through after I developed a complication after orthoscopic knee surgery. I am on the mend and will be back in action soon. I am just starting to get out and about after 3 weeks off, and did not have the energy to be at this meeting.

As always, Thank You to Linda Grossman and Brian Isacson for hosting. All the folks at Grossman Nissan in Old Sayvrook have always been excited to have us stop by for a night of Z cars.

A hardy thank you to Linda Grossman and staff at Grossman Nissan in Old Saybrook for allowing CTZCC to hold it's August meeting at their facility. Everything was great!!
It was very nice to see some of the "regulars", some of whom drove considerable distance to attend. Thanks also to the "first timers" who also braved the inclement weather forecasts to attend.

Attached is a photo album of the event. I have not posted the traditional slide show because Picasa has made multiple changes and I am still muddling through.
