:lol: Haha! You don't have to eat or drink anything there, Paul ~ it's just a good place to meet up because everyone local knows of it. They sponsor a lot of car shows there each year and have a big U-shaped driveway with plenty of parking. It's just a good place for us to find each other.
Really glad you can make it this year ~ I know how much fun you've had there in past years. Big Al will be driving up from PA so he won't cruise with us, but he'll be there waiting for us with mojitos when we arrive. Meet me and Johnny Z at the donut shack, we'll all cruise to middletown NY and meet up with Howard J from Longggg Island, and we'll cruise together into Webster where we'll find Big Al and Karl W. Should be a good CTZCC showing this year. :thumbs_up:

My house is literally 2 miles from the car show site, you guys are welcome to wash and shine Saturday after the Glen.

There are also several self-serve washes nearby....

Thanks John! Very kind of you and I'm sure some of us will do that.

Another thing I appreciate about this year is that the WGI run is in the middle of the schedule, rather than at the end of it. One year I had checked out of the hotel and driven to the Glen with all my luggage in the car. Didn't make for fast laps and loose gear kept hitting me from behind. :roll:
It was still fun!

At least you didn't have a cooler full of ice with you :roll: Yes will be nice to leave stuff back at the hotel...I'll have my tools and my spare alternator of course, just had Napa check it today :thumbs_up: ....of course when something breaks, it's not the part you have with you. :? Of course I can't stop working on the Z to get ready.....how a car that is ready is never ready, I don't know, some day I will be there........maybe. :wink: Z ya at the donut shop............maybe there's a place across the street that has steak and eggs. :P

You guys are starting to have me second guessing my car. Maybe I should run out and buy me some extra parts... any parts. Tire, alternator, water pump, timing belt, clutch kit. I'm just hoping that the suspension can handle all the extra weight that I'll be adding. Do you think it might affect my elapsed time at the track? :mrgreen:

Well hopefully you have done the timing belt at it's intervals of every 60,000 miles, along with the water pump. Not a bad job.....after you take the bumper and radiator out. The only extra part I would take in a 300zx is a Distributor, most defiantly and maybe an Air flow meter. BUT when in doubt, have AAA Plus. 8)

Belt, pump, tensioner and cam seals done at 29,000 (July 1994. :roll: ). Car now has 33,000 miles and a good distributor cap. I do have Roadside Towing +. :D Probably time to change it all again! ???

Haha! You guyZ are getting paranoid. Pretty soon we'll be hiring a parts truck to follow us down the highway.

Do like the ZCCR does. They travel everywhere together each year and the only part they carry with them is a single tow rope :lol:

I was more worried about getting my A/C working the last 3 days, really sucks working on something that makes you cool, and you're sweeting your ying yangs off, but I think I got it. (we need a fingers crossed icon) and I knew I forgot something, tow rope. (in case 2 of us break down Howard) But I have faith in the Z force. :thumbs_up: I having my steak dinner, then water the garden, and off to bed, Z ya manana can't wait for a Cerveza at our destination.
