UPDATE:

The officers have been checking the forecast and want to confirm that our meeting at Executive Nissan tonight is ON!

While we encourage you to drive your Z, the most important thing we want to see is you.

So drive whatever you want and plan to be there to catch up with friends, club events and enjoy pizza compliments of our host, Executive Nissan.

We will also be using this meeting to discuss and promote Executive Nissan's Z-PalooZa gathering taking place on Saturday, May 14th.

So please join us tonight despite the weather!

Our first meeting to kickoff the 2016 season will be held on Wednesday, May 4th from 7 to 9 PM at Executive Nissan 900 Universal Drive, North Haven CT.
Please come early as 6 PM, members will be outside in parking lot for a meet and greet prior to our meeting at 7. Pizza and soda will be provided by our host Scott Orisini at Executive.

We've just joined a new member [Clarkb] who is very much looking fwd to this event. He's the Nissan Rep for much of the NE and has been driving Z cars for many years. He says he's working on getting his 280 roadworthy for this first-of-its-kind event and I'll be happy to meet him there. He's not a stranger to us, having attended several of our events and meetings in the past. He just decided to finally join the brotherhood and share his 280 with us.

I suspect, if we ever have a meeting with no presentation scheduled, that Bob would make a very interesting speaker. I can only imagine the flood of questions we would bury him under!

I don't think he could have choZen a better venue for his first visit after joining us.

He is planning on making that meeting but will be away for the 5/14 one as far as it looks right now.
He is my across the street neighbor, I met him this past holiday season at a open house he held.
He will fit right in with this group.


It looks like I will still be driving my dad's car back from Fla. that night. So my first meeting this year will prob be the next one at Executive.

Well I'm a little up in the air about going to the meeting. I'm in the process of installing a newly refurbished rack and pinion, and a few more minor things before I can start my "fun" Z season. Other responsibilities have to come first, other people's cars, and the beautiful gardens of Sundown Farms.

I'm not worried about you, Paul. Your "have done" list is 100 times longer than your "to do" list. See you at the meeting.

Forecast for tmrw is 40% chance of light rain during the rush hour, ending at 1900 (7pm) and becoming foggy after midnight. We have Ross' weather wand on our side so I'm not worried. I'll take my 40% chance.
