We're very excited to announce that we'll be having our SEVENTH ANNUAL BOB SHARP DAY at Lime Rock Park on Saturday July 11th from 11am to 2pm.

Bob Sharp Day at Lime Rock is always very special and lots of fun, plus this year we'll once again be serving a free club-provided BBQ/picnic lunch for everyone.

Friends, family, etc. are all welcome to join us - admission to Lime Rock is expected to be FREE for everyone on the day of the event.

In order to have sufficient food/drink, we are asking that everyone please RSVP for this event. Simply send me an email (webmaster@ctzcc.com) or post a reply in this thread. Please be sure to include the number of people who will be coming with you.

This will be an informal gathering with Parade laps on the track possible for Z cars only - participants will not race.

Lime Rock Park is located at:
60 White Hollow Road
Lakeville, CT 06039

For more info about Lime Rock Park, please visit http://www.limerock.com.

A huge "thank you" to Dave Sirico for organizing and Bob Sharp for hosting this awesome event!

See you on the 11th!

- Jim

Excellent!

As Frank said, you are more than welcome to bring friends/family along with you...just let us know how many to expect.

You picked a great day to join with us, Gene; Saturday/11July is forecast to be PERFECT Z weather! Temps in the low 80s with lots of sunshine and almost no chance of rain. Dry field, dry track, light breeZe, plenty of sun. Picnic and Zs with Bob Sharp; who could ask for more?
And FREE! :D

I'm trying to talk Mike (Stonebridge20) into coming up. He's the guy parting out those two 1971 240s in Bethel.
Short trip for him, and he should stop and grab Vinny while he's that close.
