I am very excited to announce that the 5th Annual CTZCC Car Show will be held on September 6th (rain date: Sept. 7th) at Executive Nissan in North Haven.

After a one year hiatus as we focused on ZCon 2013 in Nashua, the CTZCC Car Show will return this year bigger and better than ever!

The show will be a judged, "People's Choice" event. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, we'll have raffles, trophies galore and a whole "lot" of fun (pun intended).

Please join me in thanking our friends at Executive Nissan, the show's host and sponsor, for the tremendous support they have given the CTZCC year after year.

This is SUCH good news!!!

How could this be any better? Executive in North Haven is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the state. These guys treat us like Royalty, and they've always shown a true interest in our Club. Now, we have THREE Executive employees who are CTZCC members! We feel right at home here.

WOW! We're now less than one month away!

Please download the 2014 Car Show Registration Form and bring it with you to the show.

For those competing at the show, your $20 registration fee (payable at the show) will also get you a souvenir show polo shirt, plus other "goodies".

It's going to be a wonderful day, so even if you're not competing in the show, please bring your family and friends - admission to the show is FREE. You'll see an amazing array of Z cars, vote for your favorites and have a great time!

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday September 6th at Executive Nissan in North Haven!

With less than two weeks to go, all of the club's officers are very busy working on making this the best show we've ever had. But we simply can't do it by ourselves - an event this big requires a lot of helping hands, so I'm urging everyone to volunteer for a brief shift during the show.

We'll need help with: parking, registrations, raffle sales, vote tallying, etc.

Please consider giving 30 minutes of your day to one or more of these important duties.

To volunteer, please post a reply in this thread, PM me or send me an email.

Hi guys!
Just want to let everyone know I'll be coming to your show Sept 6th with all my gear!!!

I saw on Google Earth that we may have a great location for rig shots right behind Executive Nissan, so I will be offering my services for this VERY unique type of automotive photography to to all CT Z car club members that attend the show.

The group rate will be $100 per car, for one emailed AND PRINTED photo (fully edited of course)
You may have seen the quality of my prints at the Lime Rock event, when I handed Ross Williams one I did of his cars...

We can do this before, during or even after the show, AND IF TEN OR MORE cars sign up, the group rate will be $75 per car!

I look forward to seeing everyone again! :D

I'd be pleased to help out during the event. Just give me
an assignment during the day.

While I'm totally excited about this gathering and will participate regardless
of the classes, I feel obligated to express my dissapointment with the ULTRA
class. Yes, I happen to have a highly modified 260. But it's a "Z" and should
compete with all the other "Z"s. I have no objection having a SEPERATE NON-Z
class, but they should be seperate, just like they are not allowed to park with our
Z cars, they should not directly compete against our Z cars. There are plenty of
ALL TYPE CAR competitions and I think the CTZCC show should be about our Z's.
My 2 cents.
