rescheduled from a labor day rain out to Mond. the 14th. What a gorgeous location, at the inn on the water. I'm taking the day weather permitting, and going down. Anyone (Frank) who has the day free is welcome to join us. I just can't resist if it's a nice day. http://forums.ctzcc.com/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif Jack October 14, 2013, Monday, Old Saybrook, CT Columbus Day Classic Car Show Date: Monday, October 14, 2013 Time: 12 noon to 4 pm Place: Saybrook Point Inn, Two Bridge Street, Old Saybrook, CT 06475 Calling all classic cars and car enthusiasts! The Saybrook Point Inn is sponsoring a Classic Car Show on Monday, October 14, from 12 noon to 4 pm, at the Inn, Two Bridge Street in Old Saybrook. Owners of classic, antique, rare or muscle cars are invited to bring their cars down to this beautiful setting near the Saybrook Point Inn Marina. The car show was rescheduled from Labor Day, due to inclement weather.The day’s activities include live music by The Cartells and refreshments, including hot dogs and hamburgers. “People’s Choice” trophies will be awarded to the cars in various categories. T-shirts will be presented to the owners of the first 50 cars registered. A 50/50 raffle benefits breast cancer research. Entry fee is $10 per car. Spectators are free.
