Thanks for another great meeting! Felt great to see some familiar faces and meet new ones. I'm looking forward to my first year in my new roll. Glad I could have my best buddy there at his first meeting as a club member. And I agree with Frank. I could have listened to the story of the 12/12 project all night. Thank you all for the compliments on the new logo. Glad you all love it. You guys all inspire me to get my Z back up and running. :D

For Bill and the other guys with whom I was speaking about the Rogue platform ~
here's the vehicle I was trying to remember the name of:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_X-Trail

It's the platform for the Rogue.

The PT Cruiser, of course, is built on the Neon platform, and the Ford Minivan is built on the Taurus platform. With the Ford, Mercury, Mazda union, lots of complicated combinations are possible:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_CD2_platform

Very common for universal interchanges like that thru the industry today. Happy to report tho, that the Z car has not been used as a platform for any 4wd or minivans so far!
